FOUNDERS AND LEADERS
JAE CHEOL HONG
Jae Cheol Hong is a digital entertainment professional with over 20 years of experience in creating content for Film, Game, Animation, Immersive Attraction, and VR/AR. He spent many years at Industrial Light and Magic (known as ILM, a division of George Lucas company), one of the best visual effects studio, as a digital creature technical director . He contributed his artistry and skills for feature films such as Iron Man, Transformers, Pirates of the Caribbean series, Star Wars Episode 3 and more.
Along with experience working at Disney Feature Animation as Character Technical Director, Jae founded/managed Robipix Digital, and nominated at VES award in 2013 for best visual effects in special venue with Immersive 3D digital attraction “Turtle Trek” at Seaworld Orlando in United States.
Jae is currently developing global IPs for multiple media source such as film, animation, game, immersive content, and realtime virtual reality contents such as VR, AR and Metaverse.

Joanne Goh boasts over two decades of experience in the entertainment industry, having orchestrated over a hundred concerts and showcases. She’s adept at securing partnerships with global brands for artists.
Transitioning to the film industry, Joanne has produced numerous local and international films, demonstrating unwavering passion. In 2016, she founded the Malaysia International Film Festival (MIFFest), serving as its president. MIFFest has elevated Malaysia’s presence in global cinema, attracting top filmmakers worldwide, fostering cultural exchange.
Joanne remains committed to advancing Malaysia’s film industry, particularly in expanding international reach for local productions. Her tireless efforts have propelled the industry forward, setting new standards and fostering growth.
